PR: nested elements won't load

Problem Description

Try linking an IFC that contains a nest relationship, something like this:

IfcBuilding <-- IfcRelContainedInSpatialStructure --> Parent Host Element <-- IfcRelNests --> Child Element

The child element will not be loaded. See buildingSMART/IFC4.3.x-development#734 for more information.

FYI models from 12D use nesting so users have been reporting that pipes don't show up in Revit. There is now a patch for this in the Blender BIM Add-on.
