Fixed, turns out this was due to me rotating Atlas credentials and updating them in my Mongoose directory, but not my search backend directory. I added a centralized store for Atlas credentials in both directories.

Also had some trouble since I haven't updated pkg in a while - haven't touched the search backend in over 2 years. I think next up will be to migrate the search engine to azure functions, because I'm planning on using azure functions for backend deployments going forward over shipping pkg bundles to EC2 boxes. It's just cumbersome to remember what EC2 box which app is on, and AWS API gateway URLs are unreadable.
