Editor: Publish/Updated notice has blank site name if page was refreshed #3326

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a new or existing post editor eg. https://wordpress.com/post/testsitefortest.wordpress.com
  2. Enter title and content
  3. Save or wait for auto-save
  4. Refresh browser page (⌘R)
  5. Click Publish/Update

Expected: Notice to say: "Post published on e2eflowtesting!" all visible

Actual: Site in notice is not visible (see screenshots)

I believe this is a CSS styling issue, possibly something to do with "background-image: none;"

I've retested this and with the changes to all the fonts this no longer reproduces. Closing.
