Importers: Rethink the link to Posts at the end of import #33766

Is "Posts" the thing we want users to see first after an import? Or their site? Can we expand the sidebar to show Site and Tools in this state?
trash sidebar doesn't work here

Had a working session to figure out a couple of different paths people can take depending on whether they're a new or existing user:
