SSO checklist item for Jetpack doesn't scroll to tooltip/card

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect a Jetpack site and go to the checklist at https://wordpress.com/plans/my-plan/www.your-site-domain.com
2. Click "Try it" button for the "WordPress.com sign-in" item
3. You are taken to the "Security" tab in site settings, but tooltip/card is not scrolled into view

To see the instructions and controls
