Pages: Trashed pages can be clicked on, showing a 404.

We can click on a trashed page and be taken to the front-end of the site (like published pages), only the user will see a 404 (which makes sense: the page is trashed). Handling should be made to be the same as post (and wp-admin): the trashed page title should not be clickable.
