Paragraph Block: Bulk Edit Rich Text Controls

What I expected

The ability to bulk select various paragraph blocks, and be able to access More rich text controls to apply an additional option to all paragraph blocks.

What happened instead

Am only able to justify (or apply any other rich text controls) one paragraph block at a time.

The droplr links aren't working currently, but FWIW I would expect to find multi paragraph alignment options here:

Also I understand justify was removed from .org for readability; perhaps we could have an option to automatically un-justify at a certain screen-width, and let that be a setting in the right if we'd like?
