Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Go to either "My Site > Pages" or "My Site > Posts"
  2. Click on the ellipses menu (the three vertical dots) '...' next to any post or page.
  3. Scroll down to older posts and pages, and repeat step 2.
  4. See error

What I expected to happen

The page remains static, and the menu was toggled

What actually happened

The dashboard jumps to the very top of page

Does this happen on simple or atomic sites or both?

Is there any console output or error text?

No console, error text

Level of impact (Does it block purchases? Does it affect more than just one site?)

Multiple

Reproducibility (Consistent, Intermittent) Leave empty for consistent.
