Issues installing packages with yarn #55161

Steps to reproduce

I tried to clone the repository https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso.git
2.After cloning successfully, yarn install does not work.
3.I get the following error:
4.error C:\Users\Muller\Desktop\Projects\CallypsoTask\wp-calypso\node_modules\testarmada-logger: Command failed.
Exit code: 1
Command: npm run build
Arguments:
Directory: C:\Users\Muller\Desktop\Projects\CallypsoTask\wp-calypso\node_modules\testarmada-logger
Output:

testarmada-logger@1.1.1 build
./node_modules/.bin/babel src --out-dir lib --source-maps

I want to run yarn start

But I'm stuck at yarn install insread

I use Chrome Browser/ Wins 10
