While one's blog subscriptions are viewable at https://wordpress.com/following/manage, comment subscriptions appear to be only available at http://subscribe.wordpress.com, a completely separate interface and experience (and one that, as far as I can tell, is not even organically reachable from anywhere in Calypso).
