Paragraph block: Highlight color disappears after you access the post/page from the mobile app (Android)

Quick summary

If you add a paragraph block and set each word to a different color from a browser like this:

and then you access that page/post from the WordPress mobile app the text is not displayed because the app does not support this feature, which is expected:

However, if you go back to the desktop the color is completely removed:

Things to keep in mind: it works on a classic block (the color is kept as it is even tho the app does not support the classic block at all)

It only happens on simple sites. AT site keeps the color on the paragraph block as well

Steps to reproduce

• Create a post or page on a simple site
• add a paragraph block and set each word as a different color
• publish it
• go to the mobile app and open that same post/page in the editor
• go back to the browser and open the post/page again in the editor
• note the colors are replaced with a yellow highlight

What you expected to happen

I would expect the color of the words to be kept (as it is in the AT site) when you access it from the browser

Context

A user provided a feedback in mobile queue saying why they are not using the app anymore. Although I was not able to reproduce what they mentioned, I found this other issue.

I was able to reproduce.

The Text Color option was recently removed, so I want to emphasize this is happening with the Highlight option.

Here's a related Paragraph block parity request for Underline: wordpress-mobile/gutenberg-mobile#3940

Will wait for @thehenrybyrd to check, see which mobile repo is appropriate.

Thank you @thehenrybyrd ! I've reported it here for now: wordpress-mobile/gutenberg-mobile#4155 so I'm going to leave it open so we can gather furhter reports.
