Steps to reproduce

  • Switch to site with a Business plan
  • Go to Upgrades > Purchases
  • Select the site plan
  • Cancel/remove it
  • Select "I couldn't install a plugin/theme I wanted"

The messaging is a little confusing, it sounds like I need to upgrade to install the plugins – even though I was talking about canceling the plan which lets me have plugins.

We could also get rid of the "New!" in the title, since the support of plugins/themes is no longer a new feature.
