This is a placeholder issue to ensure we don't forget to deploy the upgrade confirmation modal that was created as part of recent Theme Picker updates, since it is behind a separate feature flag so we can monitor conversion impact.

We also need to update the modal according to the new design that takes into account monthly/yearly subscriptions:

Since this modal will have to be further changed to support theme subscription work, we will deploy it from behind the feature flag at the same time the rest of those UI changes are released.
