Marketplace: Paid plugin removal toast not shown for removal completion #70436

When uninstalling a paid plugin, I get a toast about the start of the removal of the plugin but not when it is successfully removed:

For free plugins, when removing the plugin from the Marketplace page, the first toast is replaced by this one when the uninstall is complete:
