Subscribers Page: Create and commit temporary file with all strings that need translation

The goal of this task is to create and commit temporary file with all expected strings that will need translation.

The file should include strings on:

• "Main" Subscribers page
• "Grow your subscriptions" page (displayed when the user doesn't have any subscribers)
• popups that will appear when user clicks the "Remove" button

The file can be located inside client/my-sites/subscribers/.
