Login Assistance: Create a funnel for the login assistance events

Details

To investigate how users progress through the new login assistance flow, we need to create a funnel (PCYsg-5hd-p2) for the following events:

• User sees the migration nudge message when failing to sign up.
• User clicks the link in the message leading to /move/.
• (optional) User starts the migration process (maybe check paYKcK-4wP-p2 for more info).
