Details

As part the site preparation to receive a migration, we are checking if the transfer was completed and installing the migration plugins if needed.

Goal

The front end (site-migration-instructions-step) has a fixed number of attempts to check if the site is ready. Nowadays this number is randomly defined, we would like to track the average time to configure the frontend properly.
