To ensure consistency with the design standards of WooCommerce.com and WooPayments, update the "One Last Step!" page for signed-in users.

Acceptance criteria

Scenario: Signed-in user selects WooPayments and/or Jetpack

Given a user selects WooPayments and/or Jetpack on the core profiler's extensions page
When the user proceeds to the Jetpack connection page
And the user is already signed-in
Then display the updated "One last step!" page

Scenario: Signed-out user selects WooPayments and/or Jetpack

Given a user selects WooPayments and/or Jetpack on the core profiler's extensions page
When the user proceeds to the Jetpack connection page
And the user is not signed-in
Then display the updated "One last step!" page for the signed-out design
