Taxonomy Manager: can't edit tag or category slug #9928

While wp-admin lets you edit the tag's slug, you can't do it through Calypso:

On wpcom wp-admin, editing of slugs in the term form is not an option. We initially did have the field there, but removed it after noting we do not allow editing slugs in wp-admin. I suppose we could expose it on Jetpack sites.
