Description
There are notable options that the user can config with the server config such as ping_interval in socketio as related to Avaiga/taipy#1048

Expected change
Better documentation on server config

There are often valid quirks (such as this topic) which seem most reasonable to be recorded in documentation as it isn't an "issue" to be fixed. However, if they're too niche (like this one might be), there's a risk of too much "unnecessary" information that would make the docs messy.

Just an idea: it might be good to have a Troubleshoot section in the docs specifically to document these quirks.
