What steps will reproduce the problem?
Launch d2x-cios-installer from HBC.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: I can use Wiimote to press A (or any button else) to pass the welcome
screen.
Instead: Wiimote just doesn't respond. I can't pass the welcome screen and have
to hard shutdown Wii.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
d2x-cios-installer version 3.1. HBC version 1.1.0. System Menu version 4.3U.

Please provide any additional information below.
I believe that this issue can be easily fixed by re-compile d2x-cios-installer
with libogc that newer than or equal to 1.8.9.

I can confirm that recompiling the installer with libogc v1.8.11.1 makes it
work with the Wii Remote Plus.

I have the same problem. Recompile please the installer with libogc 1.8.11.1.
All owners of new wiimotes will appreciate this.

Where on the SD card do you place the recompiled version, and do you have to
remove any files from the card?

Rename to boot.dol and overwrite the existing one in the Cios folder.

Comment #6 works fine. Just need post it & list it as the featured download so
people can find it.
Thanks.

Once it asks me to hit A button to continue, my Wiimote shuts off.

Hi, I had the same problem and managed to compile it. File is here:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6yUEu4JkGjpYkx4NHFvQWNXcW8/view?usp=sharing

Replace the boot.dol in your SD card apps/d2x folder with it. Enjoy.

hi ive been trying forever now to get my programs to work correctly! I just
cleaned my file system up and started fresh so I need to install cios and keep
running into these problems, I saved this #20 google file and deleted my
boot.dol in the d2x-cios and replaced it with the above file and now i have no
cios installer on my hbb :( I've included a pic of what my folders look like
maybe someone can help me thank you :)

#22 I think you need to rename d2x-cios-installer.dol to boot.dol
