Load hidden images only after reveal

If read posts are collapsed, the images in them are hidden along with the posts they are contained in. They are however still loaded.
This could be solved by changing the images in java during parsing so that the src attribute is moved e.g. to data-src and the images are then loaded on demand. For example when the read posts are revealed.
