Allow the feature to convert from one storage backend to another.

This means adding a check here:

https://github.com/AxFoundation/strax/blob/master/strax/core.py#L358

related to the saver argument. And skipping:

https://github.com/AxFoundation/strax/blob/master/strax/core.py#L362

In that case.
