Bug description 馃悶

Following the directions to use the CLI, when prompted for device logon via AAD an error is thrown:

The resource principal named api://azbuilder was not found in the tenant named

Steps to reproduce

Try to deploy into a new AAD tenant and authenticate with the service principal created for Terrakube.

Expected behavior

No response

The CLI requiere a huge update, It was updated a long time ago and currently it is not compatible with the latest Terrakube version that is using Dex authentication.

We are looking for some help with that development.
