UWP - 'We can't connect...' error. Android and iOS run perfectly.

Hi,

I have setup MSAL with your test application for my Google, MS and Local accounts. All operations across all platforms work perfectly except UWP MS login.

I believe this is a configuration problem so I have included verbose logs and screen shots of my setup.

Points of interest:

1. Everything works with your default values for Local, MS and Google accounts on UWP, Android and iOS platforms.
2. On my setup everything works except UWP and the MS login.
3. I have tried all the UWP tweaks here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/develop/msal-net-uwp-considerations
4. Microsoft.Identity.Client Nuget v4.47.2
