[Task] Integrate Next.js with Strapi

We should be able to leverage https://strapi.io/starters/strapi-starter-next-js-blog as a starting point on building a Next.js frontend with the Strapi backend.

Repo linked from the Strapi starters has been archived and directs you to https://github.com/strapi/starters-and-templates/tree/main/packages/starters/next-blog. This new starter is using Next.js 11, which is now two versions behind, so it may not be useful to use.

There is an open issue to upgrade the starters to Next.js 12 - strapi/starters-and-templates#57 and https://nextjs.org/docs/upgrading#upgrading-from-12-to-13 exists for the 12 to 13 migration, so maybe we could manually do it.
