Remove reference to Azure Bastion and VMs in az-func-http recipe

The "Testing Solution" section in the az-func-http recipe references Azure Bastion and a VM that are no longer provisioned by the recipe.

Expected/desired behavior

The section should be updated to match the az-webapp-http approach. It should not reference these services but should display the expected response from inside the virtual network.
