Minimal steps to reproduce

Open Visual Studio Code dev container using a Windows 11 system.

Any log messages given by the failure

Observe the following output

Running the postCreateCommand from devcontainer.json...

[256899 ms] Start: Run in container: /bin/sh -c bash scripts/setup-dev-container.sh
scripts/setup-dev-container.sh: line 2: $'\r': command not found
scripts/setup-dev-container.sh: line 5: $'\r': command not found
' is misspelled or not recognized by the system.
Did you mean 'install' ?
