Portal: Apply needs to be clicked twice when changing the date time filtering value.

When I change the date time filter value, I must click apply twice in order for the filtering to work.

Still reproing. jimmyca-wcus store. Using the dates 2018-12-15 and 2018-12-14. I have to click apply twice to get the key-values to change.

filters will be redesigned and the apply button will go away …
