At present, the CSE implementation of GPU assumes that, in VHD scenarios, the version hard-coded in the CSE script is the one that the VHD CI build process installed.

When you move the version forward, then VHD scenarios are broken until that new version of the drivers has been baked into a new VHD, and the VHD reference updated accordingly.
