The link mentioned in https://github.com/Azure/autorest/blob/main/packages/extensions/modelerfour/readme.md is broken. And the link also appears in https://github.com/Azure/autorest.powershell/blob/main/readme.md.

Before asking the question:

have you checked the faq, the documentation in the docs folder and couldn't find the information there
have you checked existing issues for a similar question?
