Please provide AzureRM powershell equivalents for all AZ CLI commands

Hi @artisticcheese, thanks for the input. The docs.microsoft.com team is currently working on a feature that will allow us to more effectively present multi-platform content. Until that's rolled out, you can find a PowerShell example auth script here:

Now that I'm looking at it, I see that it's fairly difficult to find, but that script is linked-to at the bottom of this section:

Service principal authentication - Use an existing service principal

I'll pop that into its own section so that it's more easily discoverable, and link to it in the auth over view doc. As well, when the new multi-platform feature is implemented, I'll update the doc to use that as well.
