Is an ARM64 build for Linux in the roadmap for this package at all?

Doesn't look like it is part of the official release, but I've just built it, you can try:
https://github.com/mohsinonxrm/azure-functions-core-tools/releases/tag/4.23_arm64

Otherwise, you can build it yourself as well (cross-compilation works as well). dotnet publish -r linux-arm64

Thanks mohsinonxrm. This looks great.
But I see it is missing workers/python/3.11/LINUX/Arm64.
Please can you give some advice on how we can create the python worker for Arm64?
