Customers should easily be able to request support and file issues.
Normally npm pages have a homepage and/or GitHub page link for this, but I think in the case of calling adding some information to the readme should be sufficient here

@akania Assigning this to you. Can you set up a process so that your team monitors Github issues? We have set up tooling to copy issues over to ADO, maybe we can help you with this.
