Work Items for Email JS SDK

These following items will be completed for the next communication-email beta package release.

• Change the samples in the README.md to use JavaScript instead of TypeScript.
• Change the "api" object in EmailClient.ts to "generatedClient"
• Update the autorest version, regenerate the SDK, and refactor the email client authentication
• Update the "cC" and "bCC" properties to "cc" and "bcc"
