How to change names of servers #60

The names of the servers seem to be hard coded into the example. I would like to see this refactored to allow passing in the name of the servers.

-DCServerName
-SQLServerName
-SharePointServerName

It is quite confusing when you run this several times and have 3 servers called DC1, SQL1, and SPAllInOne
