Make something to improve writing descriptons for user defined types

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The description for user defined types is written in markdown. Usually when edit markdown documents you have some preview to see how it will look. It will very good if he have such functionality.

My proposal is to be able to see how the text will look in markdown when you hover on the parameter itself where you define the description.

In the example above when I hover type I should see the type of the parameter in the same way if I doing the same in bicep parameters file:

This will it easier as you do not have to create bicep parameters file and switch between files just to see how the text will look.
