Apply F5 configuration script at deployment time

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the process to configure the F5 using the configuration script is a manual process. The script has to be copied to the Windows 2019 management VM, the root account needs to be enabled on the F5 and the root account needs to be used to get copy the script over to the F5 then execute it from the F5.

Describe the solution you'd like
A better solution would be to use a Custom Script Extension on the F5 VM at deployment time to copy the script to the F5 and then execute it.
