Benefit/Result/Outcome

If we move scripts under src/scripts we can bundle it with the frontend container so that all the logic that's executed today from a command line will also be executed by the container that runs the frontend.

Move scripts to src/scripts

Acceptance Criteria

  • Move scripts to src/scripts
  • Everything should still work afterwards
