[FEATURE REQ] Console reporting output should be consistent with use of relative/absolute paths

Please describe the feature or suggestion.

The tool should be consistent in its use of relative and absolute paths in console output. Ideally it should reflect the user input--if a user gives a relative path to a template or directory, then all the results should be relative to original target template/directory. However, the tool will currently return absolute paths in several cases, such as giving a relative path to scan a directory and getting all absolute paths for the templates in the output.
