Migrate hosted/private agents to OneBranch

Build Pipeline Tasks:

  • Investigate migration to OneBranch
  • Prep ADO project for OneBranch (Permissions, Settings, Service Tree)
  • Request OneBranch installation in ADO Project
  • Create Documentation
  • Create OneBranch Repository and Link new repo to GitHub Sources
  • Install missing components on build agent (Android)
  • Fix MSAL Build
  • Fix SDL errors with Xamarin Files
  • Enable nuget publishing to VSTS IDDP feed
  • Enable ADO Artifacts publishing (Signed packages and SBOM)
  • Refactor YAML
  • Enable symbols publishing

Release Pipeline Tasks:

  • Create release pipeline
