in python creating a chatbot using embedding (base is a csv file) , how to transform this but to Azure service with javascript frontend for the website?

I have created a new locally hosted website with just davinci 03 to reply to the questions, i needed to add embedding to use a knowledge base , but i am struggeling puting this together since my website was in javascript but i can not find the embedding codes in js so i tried to have the vectorization and cosine similarity function in python and call that from js but something is not right and on top of that i would need to use azure to move from local host to a website.
