This just refactors the code behind the echelle diagrams, which makes it more readable and less relient on the number of unique l values of the observations.
It also makes small aesthetic changes such as changing$l$ to $\ell$ and adding the
Frequency normalised by dnuaxis to all plots and not just the duplicateechelle plots.
