Implementing model/mesh fixes

In FL, there exists some misalignment when it comes to models/meshes. In the Freelancer Galactic Community, a member who goes by Eagle-Vulture | RedComrade has put in work to fix some of these:

These are just a few but I did ask if their work could be used and they said yes:

Anyways, I'll collect their works that have been posted on FLGC and add them to this issue for review. As for testing, these new files need to be checked on MP to make sure no issues arise between those with and without these updated files. More to come.

We've been granted permission to use any fixed models from FL:SR as well.

Oh really? I'm guessing I would have to dig around to find those off the mod. I wonder if they are the same from Leben...
