I came across your project and I'm very interested in reproducing your work on my own dataset. However, I'm not sure how to obtain bounding boxes and corresponding features on my endoscopic surgery dataset.(Just like the bbox_features.pth file you provided). Would it be possible for you to share pre-trained Deformable DETR model weights on EndoVis 2017 and 2018 dataset?(I get the datasets and organize them in your previous work's way, but i don't know how to train it in your way). Any guidance on the pre-training process would be incredibly appreciated.
