Spoke with @murphybarb and we're leaving this issue on the product backlog for validation at a later sprint. We are instead adding all recent post to the sidebar of all pages for now.

In the future, if we'd like to move forward with this, it'll require a list of all page titles of the Lines of Services pages on production, along with the tag or category they'd need to be associated with. (Note: This would be a manual process, the values would need to be hardcoded, so any changes would require a developer).

This will allow us to create the logic that can display recent posts, on a specific page, that are associated with a specific post tag.
