map user preferences to event categories in the notification system

Expected behaviour

when a user expresses certain preferences for professional interest categories we would like to be able to present events that reflect those preferences.

• would like to reduce the redundancy of content in emails via delivering recently posted events
• would potentially like to see both recent events and professional interest events
• in the case there are no events in the professional interest category then deliver content from the upcoming events list.
• the objective is that they are getting new content
• would like to have a link back to the site

Actual behaviour

currently the user receiving email notifications receives events that are recently posted.

• do we limit the number of links based on professional interests and increase the frequency of notifications?

@bdolor awesome! Tested it with a couple of accounts received the confirmation that the emails were sent. @paulagaube @kkilbey I changed the words slightly. Maybe we can work on the wording to include a description that these are recently posted events, professional interests and/or a reminder to update the professional interests?

Aside from a slight editing in the template I observe this to be complete

@bdolor The notification emails appear to be working as expected! Yes! I love that there are categories of events showing in the email.
And thanks for updating the text on the "unsubscribe" button. Most helpful.

@kathreenriel I suggest we create a new, non-dev task for the wording update and meet to discuss next week or when convenient. I think the wording now is okay, but we may be able to finesse a bit more. @kkilbey is going to create a new ticket.
