BEE 2.4 throws error after selecting Portal2.exe #858

I get the following error after selecting Portal2.exe

zlk skrnsht789_06 03 2018_040110

Making the "gameinfo.txt" file writable does not resolve the issue.

Resolved issue by giving Write permissions for "Everyone" & confirming that "Read Only" is unchecked under "Properties > General" in the following folders for the "gameinfo.txt" file:

"...\steamapps\common\Portal 2\portal2"
"...\steamapps\common\Portal 2\portal2_dlc1"
"...\steamapps\common\Portal 2\portal2_dlc2"

Program launches correctly when selecting Portal.exe after running Bee2.exe.
