According to your fex file [dram_para] seems to be copy&paste from Orange Pi settings you took over from Boris Lovosevic when using his kernel sources, right?
Are these settings by mistake or by design (correctly describing DRAM type and trace routing on your hardware)? Since when using lima-memtester to check for DRAM reliability testing the test fails at 624 MHz and DRAM clockspeed has to be further reduced to 600MHz to pass (two reports from different boards)

Update: I tested again with Allwinner's boot0 code and now with identical setup and even more load (using a fan and increased thermal trip points) 672MHz work stable for over 45 minutes now.
