Description: Selecting a consul type (Librarian, Praevian, etc) will not make the consul-specific wargear and options appear. For example, I make my Centurion into a Praevian, and I cannot select which type of cybernetica cohort to take with him. If I make a Librarian, I have no option to increase Mastery Levels.
